Employment Risk - The number one thing that keeps business owners up late is employment liability. If you think "at will" means that I can fire you at any time for any reason and it's OK, you need me. I will go over your process, update what's needed, and advise you on implementation so that you can get to rewarding high performers and rehabilitating problem employees.
The Exit Prep - If you've built your business and now you want to look towards sale or transfer would you prefer that process to take months or years? If you value your time and want a clean exit then you need this sprint. We'll pour over your documentation, pull together the core components of a data room, and shave months off your deal time.

Foundations - 15 minute check in phone calls without running the meter (Between 9AM and 5PM EST), annual corporate maintenance, and up to two contract negotiations per month.
Growth - Everything in Foundations and an employment audit, M&A Readiness Assessment, 1 complex negotiation per month, and a one-hour strategy session/touchpoint per month.
Succession - All foundations and growth services plus operating agreements/buy-sell agreement review, quarterly succession audits, corporate compliance support, and guaranteed acknowledgments within 24 hours and one-week turnaround times on contracts.
